Advanced Digital Learning — Erin Perry Designs

Advanced Digital Learning is a government R&D team turned Product Development organization building enterprise training and human resource systems.

These advanced, cloud-based systems bridge the data gaps and linguistic barriers between Government agencies, resulting in massive increases in efficiency and cost reductions.

For example, I have contributed to building a human-centered interface for the Competency Catalog within the ADL Learning Portal. This complex system allows Competency Managers to build Frameworks to define work roles, design curriculums, or set metrics for collecting analytic data.

Each UI/UX Design project at ADL requires extensive collaboration between designers and the technical team. Pictured below are FigJam wireframes and flowcharts that distill the advanced and complicated Competency Catalog functionality into a smooth user experience.
