Branding and all graphics for Podium had to be exciting. The Podium experience is fast cars, axes landing in bullseyes, and a competitive spirit. The racing experience feel cool and high-level while still fun and a little grungy. We captured this spirit by combining bold graphics and text with action-filled photo and video.
I worked at Podium as the sole Designer, reporting directly to the Vice President. We brainstormed unique and clever campaigns, and planned repeatable events for our visitors to look forward to every year.
This role involved everything from massive signage design… to creating VIP passes and prizes for special events… to editing fast-paced and hilarious social media content. With a lot of creative freedom, I stretched my design legs, while also creating guidelines and parameters that strengthened the Podium brand as a whole.
